                complete inverted signature is very important as it suggests that one sheet was probably signed upside down.

                Only 4 sheets of 98 stamps (total 392) of the 5 cents denomination were produced. These stamps were signed in
              
            
            
              
                continuous horizontal rows on the back of the sheet by the postmaster, Mr. G. K. Fergusson. The vertical signature
              
            
            
              
                suggests that either one sheet was signed vertically instead of horizontally or that the postmaster signed the margins
